- Ran a repair center specializing in high-end graphic equipment. Our clients included LDS Church, Hill Air Force Base, Planned Parenthood and Shiners Children Hospital.
- Maintained the most profitable chip level repair center for Microware Distributing, a company with nine nation wide locations. My office had an exclusive on terminal repair for the entire Smith's Grocery chain.
- While at Computer Service Bureau, I was responsible for consulting and training over 30 companies on the integration of IBM's AS/400 with their existing systems. Clients included government agencies, hospitals, and casinos.
- Created all of the images on StateLine Casino's electronic color bill board. Many of those images are still being displayed today.
- Developed and wrote programs to track Casino Comps, Blackjack Tournaments, Daily Security Reports with built in E-Mail distribution.
- Implemented Fiber Backbone and improved communication infrastructure At StateLine / Silver Smith Resorts and at Cactus Pete's, Inc. Infrastructure changes include re-wiring data lines according to specs, upgrading NT Servers, Novell Servers and AS/400s to current hardware and software standards.
- Setup Wide Area Networks across states for StateLine / Silver Smith Resorts and Cactus Pete's, Inc.
- Established technology training programs to educate employees at my last two companies. This included two different programs; one to train the IT department and one for our internal users and management.
- Setup CISCO system to include wireless connectivity to six remote buildings using Air NET 128 bit encryption.
- Converted LGS Casino Accounting System to Infinitum. Installed Berg Bar System, and Infogenisis POS System.

IT Director, 1999 - 2001
Increased number of users from approximately 25 to over 300 users. Maintained technical staff for Cactus Pete's Resort Casino and HorseShu Casino. Coordinate with software and hardware vendors to ensure we were using most current technology. Ordered all computers and hardware for both properties, allowing a standard to be established and reduced cost and support issues. Upgraded three f-Series AS/400s for one 720 AS/400. Replaced terminals for Window Workstations using Client Access allowing for greater productivity and faster deployment of daily figures. Installed new accounting, POS, Hotel and Ticketing Software and associated hardware. Reported all software and hardware changes to Nevada Gaming Control Board to maintain compliance.
